💼 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spice and Cashmere, we take pride in crafting bespoke, high-quality experiences for women who value elegance, connection, and celebration. To protect the time, resources, and preparations that go into each event, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation policy:

🗓️ Event Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your event date.
Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit is received.

❌ Cancellations

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

14+ days before the event: You may cancel your event in writing. While the deposit remains non-refundable, any additional payments made may be refunded minus any planning, styling, or vendor costs already incurred.
Less than 14 days before the event: Due to the preparation, staffing, and styling that begins well in advance, no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis (see below).

🔁 Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your event once, at least 7 days in advance of the original date.
New dates are subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on venue, vendor, or seasonal constraints.

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellations (Outdoor Events Only)

For luxury picnics or outdoor gatherings, a backup indoor location or reschedule date should be discussed during planning.
Spice and Cashmere is not liable for weather disruptions without a backup plan.

⚠️ Force Majeure

In cases of natural disaster, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, Spice and Cashmere will work with you in good faith to reschedule or partially refund based on unrecoverable costs.
