By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

1. 🛍️ Services & Offerings

Spice and Cashmere offers curated luxury events for women, including (but not limited to):

• Luxury Picnics

• Brunches & High Teas

• Empowerment Bootcamps

• Private Event Planning

• Themed Networking Mixers

• Charity & Auction Events

• Curated Day Trips

All services are provided on a bespoke, by-booking basis and subject to availability and approval.

 

2. 💳 Bookings & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure your event date.

• Remaining balance is due [7–14 days] before the event unless otherwise arranged.

• Payments must be made via approved methods (Wix, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in event cancellation without refund.

 

3. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

In summary:

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance (minus incurred costs)

• Events cancelled within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance

 

4. 🧺 Client Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate details for your event (guest count, location, preferences)

• Respect the booking time and venue terms

• Ensure your guests behave in a respectful and safe manner

• Be liable for any damages caused by your party to venue property or rented items

 

5. 📸 Photography & Promotion

We may capture photos and videos at your event for promotional purposes. By attending or hosting a Spice and Cashmere event, you grant us permission to use such images on our website and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

 

6. 🌦️ Weather & Force Majeure

For outdoor events, we recommend having a weather contingency plan. We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to:

• Bad weather

• Natural disasters

• Acts of government

• Any circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit, where possible.

 

7. 💻 Website Use

You agree not to misuse or copy content from our website (including text, design, photos, or branding) without prior written permission.
